He was held first in the heart of God. After a time God selected his earthly father in his loin he was placed. Passing through the corridors of time until the day designated for earthly conception he was giving to the womb of his mother. On the appointed day to begin the count of his numbered days Andy was born. His upbringing and church going and mother father influence prepared him to be ready for the calling of the Holy Spirit to Salvation. He met his Godly purpose and then his appointed time to return to the Father above came. Now he lives in the time of eternity. A mother’s heart has been ripped and the father can take no time to tend to his own pain for he must be strong for all. Mute seems to bring the best comfort. Pain has sound yet it can not be spoken, it can only be felt. There is no medication to rid grief and the suffering of mind and heart. It is said that time can heal but who has time for time to pass? So how will I remember him? He will be that smile I see when I am face to face with either of his brothers. He will be the son of James and Betty. He will be that memory of the first time I shook his hand at church. He will be the wing man missing from the sound system, the missing solo of the songs I love to hear. He will be the happy loud of a good ole clean joke or funny situation from the pulpit. He will be the missing hand when Tim says lets join hands across the aisle and sing. Andy will be my missing brother in Christ. I am in grief for myself, his family and my church family. We have lost a love.
