Head - Corporate Social Responsibility Location-Bangalore Experience- 8 Yrs JD- Manage, develop and implement strategic CSR initiatives in line with the Organizations Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) objectives.Develop a robust operating plan for the CSR wing ensuring productivity and efficiency of the training institute in line with the CSR objectives of the organization.Responsible for resource management recruitment, training and retention of the team across locationsMonitor, evaluate and support ongoing programs and projects of LIST and Life trust and track goals and metrics.Recommend and design new project concepts and improvements for projects and programs of LIST and Life trust.Networking, Represent, Liasoning with Government officials, ministries, bureaucrats, media and various institutions and regulatory authorities.Budgeting and Implementation of financial reporting systems and MIS, CSR reporting to the Board, account statements and annual report of the CSR as per the regulationsSupervise the development of systems to ensure maintenance of proposals, agreements, budgets and deliverables.Work with the internal and external marketing and communications teams to pursue appropriate public relations, branding and visibility to the CSR initiatives of the Group through newsletters, social media, intranet and other mediums.Strengthening current partner relationships and forge new alliances and tie-ups with Corporates and funding agencies for program expansion.
