Head Strategic Alliances & Partnerships Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE Job Purpose: •To support the head of marketing in retail banking divisions for the acquisition, utilization, and distribution of 3rd party product offers and channel sourcing or other services. Principal Duties and Responsibilities: •Establish and maintain positive and productive relationships with a variety of assigned current and prospective vendor partners, keeping abreast of all products and services offered by each vendor. Establish same with key internal business stakeholders. •Coordinate with other retail businesses, including Cards, deposits, SME, Islamic banking and Retail assets. HSAP shall work in cooperation with the Head of marketing on operations in UAE •Work with business stakeholders to review requests for additional product offerings and services, clearly documenting and understanding each request. Create RFP’s as necessary to send to prospective vendors, managing the process. •Negotiate commercial terms with each vendor as applicable or assigned and in accordance with policies and procedures, finalizing into a complete and executed agreement. Larger, more complex and higher AED spend deals shall be worked on in cooperation with the head of marketing •Manage contract renewal process for all existing vendors and agreements HSAP is responsible for, assessing potential for re-evaluation and re-negotiation as may best benefit the evolving needs and budgets of the business Desired Profile: •Bachelor Degree •The job requires a keen focus on Liab, Wealth, Banca, cards, SME, deposits and asset business and the selected candidate will establish and manage relationships with various 3rd party vendors and partners and be responsible for negotiation of commercial terms and contract completion related to internal use and redistribution of various 3rd party products and services to customers. •Proficiency in PC application •People management skills •Excellent communication skills •Leadership/Management skills
