Head of HR is required for a Multinational Nutrition Company Partner-PEO has an opening vacancy for a Multinational Nutrition Company, the Job Description is as following: Job title: Head of HR Reporting to: Country Business manager Main Responsibilities: · Manages HR team, providing directions, leads, develops, and motivates the team effectively to ensure that they achieve their annual targets and improve productivity, also conduct performance appraisals for all subordinates. · Set & communicate an individual target linked to the Company goals for each subordinate. · Responsible for ensuring the development of appropriate Training through follow up one direct report in charge of training & reinforcing shared services. · Responsible for Developing Comp & Ben Strategies with Country Business Manager. · Responsible for Recruitment, ensures that behavioural based interviewing is conducted properly to focus on hiring quality people versus quantity. · Ensures that the business is properly running in accordance with the company Standards Safety, Security& local legislations & authorities (social insurance, labour office). · Develop the company’s culture related in the area of Safety & Security. · Responsible for the Implementation of HR Globe best practises across the Company through supervision on direct reports: Data standardization, implementing Best Practices for HR. · Follow up the implementation of internal rules in accordance to Copmany HR Policies. · Follow up the reduction of team members’ annual leave balance as in the preset annual target. · Proactively control the expenses to control the HR budget. · Follow up the reports to be submitted to labour office & social insurance through supervision on direct reports. · Ensures that Payroll is paid correctly & smoothly in the appropriate time across the Company through supervision on direct reports. · Follow up the reporting provided to Management to track employee performance: Penalty report, Contract ending dates, annual leave evolution reports, etc…Experience: Not less than 3 years in the same position Qualifications: · Bachelor degree, HR Diploma, MBA · 8 – 10 years of relevant experience. · English Language: Very Good · Computer Skills: Very good Gender: Male Working Hours: from 08:30 AM to 04:30 PM Days Off: Friday and Saturday Location: Cairo, Egypt Benefits: Excellent Compensation Package.
