Heading back from Utah after a very humbling weekend of hockey. Its always interesting to see what players, staff and fans are made of when adversity shows itself. We are a team full of talented young men that have some learning to do and we will make necessary changes to accomplish our goals. Its so easy to focus on all the negatives but no matter what you do positively there is always someone that will criticize you and your efforts. Its all about learning from your mistakes and always continuing to work hard. Im behind my team 110 percent and its a shame when people post such negative comments on social media to gain support when they dont approve of things. Make no mistake about it I have a set of big shoulder and will carry the load from all the negative vampires! Lets go Stampede! Tomorrow is a new day and another chance to improve who we are and what we can accomplish together! Coach Ballard
