Heads up, friends... Theres a creepy dude in the parking lots by the Petco strip mall and Walmart in Grand Chute. He walks stride for stride with you talking really fast and gets uncomfortably close to you. Grand Chute doesnt have an ordinance against pan handling, but this guy creeped me out how close he was to me. I shouted at him to quit following me and he did, but be cautious if you see this guy. My Spidey sense was on full alert with this guy! ;-)
