Healing From Complex Trauma and Ptsd/cptsd 7 hours ago There are no world leading trauma experts, confirming there is a cure for Post Traumatic Stress Disorder. Until the experts in the field, claim there is....I will be sticking with the wise attitude... Those with PTSD need to instead focus on managing symptoms, and reducing symptoms, to the best of their own capacity. There are many therapies that can help, and I am so thankful when they do help people. But they will not help everyone in the same way. PTSD is never cured - because it can be re-triggered at any time, by life events/experiences. And, everyone needs to remember...PTSD is a continuum and everyone experiences the many symptoms at different levels of severity. The trauma types causing PTSD, or CPTSD, and many factors about the trauma, will also affect healing. Neuroplasticity, is proving the brain can change and heal, but no-where near enough is known about this yet, for any claims of a cure. Anyone who states they have a cure...I am very suspicious of. Because I have done far to much research and have far too much insight, to fall for the claims of dodgy people.
