Panel decision Razors are an everyday item for sale in stores and supermarkets. Health and safety legislation does not prevent them being displayed for sale or offered as free gifts with magazines. If the razors were secure within the packaging and out of easy reach of small children it is unclear why the retailer chose to remove them and very disappointing that health and safety is being used as the excuse.
