Healthy Breakfast Choices: Kellogs K, All Bran Flakes, Oats (not instant), Future Life Porridge, Whole Wheat Bread with boiled egg, Yoghurt & Musli (low fat), Fruit Salad with Greek Yoghurt...Always use low fat or fat free and instead of sugar, use honey (My favourite is Little Bee Honey, taste just like syrup!) Being Healthy is a choice!! Planning your meals is on top of the list for losing weight!
