Hello All: We are approaching the official XC running - TopicsExpress

Hello All: We are approaching the official XC running season!! First official practice will be 10:00 am Monday, August 5. (After Monday, our morning practices will be at 9:00 am until school starts.) Please check your email for two attachments: a) tentative schedule for the season and b) introductory information about the team. Introductory meeting, Friday, August 2, 12:00 noon, at the library at West Valley. We will fill out activity consent forms and other required paperwork, watch the TAD video, and answer questions. It is great to get the paperwork out of the way before the practices start if possible. Bring your physical form to turn in as well. (Physicals required to attend official practices.) Saturday run/brunch, Our final Saturday long run for the summer, followed by a light brunch, will be hosted by Corey and Rick Johnson. We will meet at their house at 9:30 am Saturday (8/3).
