Hello Celebration Homes, The end of our 10 working day period is complete today and we collect our keys tomorrow. A wonderful ending to a long journey, much longer than the 26 weeks we were intially told. However, after I was most unfortunate to speak with the area manager Danny all those months ago, and through out his throughly abusive and vile phone call which reduced me to tears infront of my co-workers, I was yelled at and told that I will need to get an opinion from an independent building inspector, which I have. Now after you had the inspectors report opening of business, on working day one, why is it that I find that NOTHING has been completed???????? We are now on our 5th site manager?! Im still confused how you can treat your customers like this and then advertise about your great customer service. My sliding door to my alfresco was scratched and had its safety sticker removed prior to lock up, I raised this issue back then, its still not been replaced. My brickwork hasnt been re pointed and I have an outside power point I cant use because the switches have been knocked off and not replaced, just to name a few. The list goes on. Danny assured my hubby yesterday that everything would be completed today, yet I just see a house that is still filthy, parts of it are unusable, and were back where we started 10 working days ago. You can kindly call my partner Brendan Jordan, first thing tomorrow or at handover. I would also appreciate an email response ASAP.
