Upcoming Events: Saturday & Monday 19th & 21st October 8:00am – Noon Ride For Hope Bike Drop Off-Cycles Unlimited Mackey St. (rideforhopebahamas) Saturday 26th October 2013 - Ride for Hope (Governor’s Harbour, Eleuthera) – (rideforhopebahamas) Saturday 2nd November 2013 - Conchman Triathlon (Grand Bahama) - conchman/ Sunday November 3rd, 2013- UWC Triathlon Clifton Heritage Park, Nassau - uwctriathlon/ *** Morning Rides*** East Tuesday & Friday 15th & 18th October Leaving 5:30am sharp- St. Andrew’s School Pool –@15 - 20 mile ride 1-11/2 hour duration The pace will range from 18mph – 20+mph West Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday & Friday 15th - 18th October Leaving 5:00am sharp–Goodman’s Bay- @ 18-20 miles to Lyford Cay 1- 11/2 hour duration The pace will range from 15mph – 20+mph *** Evening Rides*** MEETING POINT CHANGE Tuesday & Thursday 15th & 17th October @15 miles Leaving 6:00pm & 6:30pm Sharp from Super Value –Winton Prince Charles (Eastern End of parking lot) Training Laps – practicing building speed, riding techniques, hill climbing, building strength & riding with a group. @1 1/2 hour duration *** Weekend Rides*** Saturday 19th October - 30 miles In order to complete this ride it is recommended that you have done some recent cycling! Leaving 6:00am Sharp from Harbour Bay Shopping Centre in front of CIBC**P/I Bridges optional at the beginning/end!!! @2 – 3 hour duration Sunday 20th October 40 - 50 miles This ride is not recommended if you have not cycled recently or first timers! Leaving 6:00am Sharp from Harbour Bay Shopping Centre in front of CIBC**P/I Bridges optional at the end!!! The pace will range from 15mph – 20+mph, @3 - 3 1/2 hour duration **We will ride in light rain. The Ride will be cancelled in medium to heavy rain or lightening. Basic Rules for all rides 1. You must wear a helmet. 2. Bike should be roadworthy and inspected before the ride. 3. Allow yourself a few minutes to get organized before the ride (if you need to prepare in any way) – rides should leave @ 5:00am/5:30am/6:00am/6:00pm/6:30pm promptly. 4.
