Hello Everyone, As you all might be aware of both Karin and I have been involved in an ongoing court case in the Supreme Court of NSW, this has been an ongoing case since Karin started her business. it has now come to our attention that the other party involved in this (the Plaintiff) has assigned his legal team to stalk us on our personal Facebook pages, I cannot reveal their reasons because it is an ongoing case however I will say that despite what ever comments I might post or have posted I can assure you all that I am taking this matter extremely serious. I would like to take this opportunity to make a public apology to the court and the registrar handling the case who has been more than accommodating with us both and has helped us with the proceedings if anything on my personal page has come across as disrespectful or anything that might seem as if I am not taking this serious. this is by no means me saying that I will stop posting What is on my mind but just a bit of an insight at how things are going, and also letting everyone know that anything posted here could be used against us. Finally I would like to thank everyone who has been with us all this time and once again thanks to the Supreme Court of NSW and the registrar for their patience and guidance .
