Hello Everyone ! Its nearly New Years Eve. Im writing my status now because Im too busy the next few days to be able to find time. I hope you all have had a lovely Christmas, we certainly have had great fun visiting all the pets booked in for our Mobile Cattery Service. HH Dog Services have had a busy time as well, its very special on Christmas day walking dogs. We are still busy with bookings for cats, bunnies and geckos over the new year and well into January. The mobile Cattery has had a wonderful year.... we have had lots of new clients join us from all over Gateshead and Whickham, so much so that we are bringing in some changes to the cattery service for 2015. I have had to make the very hard decision that from march 1st we wont be providing Mobile Cattery Service for Newcastle anymore. All the clients have had written notice about this and they have been wonderfully understanding and supportive about this decision. I feel very sad because we are saying goodbye to clients who we have served for over 8 years and clients of just a few weeks, but because the Cattery service is so large in the Gateshead area, we now have to condense it so that I can manage and staff it more easily. This does not affect HH Dog Walking Services ,they are still serving Newcastle. So we are going into 2015 slightly different .... we are looking to employ more cat carers and seasonal staff ....details will be on our website soon and on the Job centres website...Its been a grand year thanks to all our clients and their support of HH, Ive loved the fact that communities such as St James Village and the Staithes have recommend our services on their community Facebook pages, i didnt even know they had these pages ! and word of mouth from clients to friends and family has made 2014 our biggest year yet for growth. I feel very humbled by the support and care our clients have for HH it means as much to them as it does us .... we are just one big happy HH family lol So i would like to just say THANK YOU again for a great year....
