Hello, Everyone We never thought we’d be away from the kitchen this long! As some of you may know, I had to undergo a spinal fusion. It’s one of those things that you never want to do, and if you own a restaurant, there is never a good time to do it. Of course, I thought I’d be back on my feet and back to normal within six weeks. But the recovery period is taking a little bit more time than I anticipated. Please know we all miss your happy laughter and smiles and we’re looking forward to being back in full swing soon, returning to our regular schedule.
