Hello FB Family, just wanted to take some time to give everyone an update on my mom Aurelia Stacona. She wanted to thank everyone for all the prayers that were sent up to the Holy Creator on her behalf. As a woman of God and a strong believer of Faith, her strength was renewed by that act of prayer, belief, and calling upon a power higher than ourselves to intercede on our behalf when this worldly body does not have the ability to do it alone. In her message she would quote, Where two or three are gathered in my name, there am I in the midst. I told her about the powwow people that danced for her, the ones using the power of that eagle whistle and that drum to intercede on her behalf. I told her about the NAC people that were in ceremony that put some prayers down for her. I let her know of all the relative from Canada all the way down South to Arizona and California that burned sage, cedar, sweet grass on her behalf. The canoe families that sang songs and thought about her in their prayers. Those that know how to call upon God in whatever way that you believe, for this Our family is full of gratitude today that the Creator has allowed our mother, grandmother to continue to be with us. She is up,she is eating, she is making us laugh, and her body continues to gain strength. She is telling the doctors and the nurses around here she is going home, and she is getting real ornery with them. (so you only known she is feeling better) because they try and tell her otherwise. Im thankful to my grandson Jeryn Little and his parents that allowed him to build that connection with his great grandma because when she was at her lowest she asked for him, and when he got here, his faith was so high, he kept on asking her to get up, and hed ask if she was going to be okay, and she would tell him, Im going to be okay ulla. Im thankful to Cigany and her family Larry, Darius and Allorah that went to pick huckleberries in the mountains and bring them to her because she wasnt eating and when they told her, they brought them for her, she began to eat. Thankful for my sister LC that traveled from Puyallup, even though I told her the wrong hospital, she came because of the love she has for our mom and that act of kindness meant so much to her. Im thankful to her nieces and nephews (and their children) from her brothers and sisters that came in to see her, and send their good thoughts and prayers. My brothers and I, our family is in awe of God our Creator, that he had pity upon us to bless us with our mother and what she says,complete the duties I have to do on this earth.
