Hello, Friends. I want to let you all know that I have decided to delete my Facebook account. In my opinion, Facebooks luster has come and gone. Yes, there is the argument of staying connected with people who you do not often see in person, and the argument for keeping up with events/activities which you otherwise may be unaware of if it werent for a Facebook Invite. I respect these arguments, however, I feel that the infrequency with which I check Facebook in the present, and my general disregard of Notifications and Messages leaves me in a position to delete my account without any negative repercussions to my social experience. I also have an issue with the permissions in their Terms of Agreement policy to which you must agree by using the website/network and application for mobile devices. I value privacy and discretion, and ownership of ideas, thoughts, photographs, etc. etc. It has been a good run. Thanks to all for the good times. With the very best regards, MTB
