Hello Gorgeous LifeFitters, I hope you are all well. Just a quick little up date to let you all know that all classes are running this week, except Tuesday Kettlebells class which is no longer running due to the time of day. We also have a new class starting this Thursday, following Clubfit called ToneFit which is a a sculpting 40 minute class where we will be toning tummy, bum, thighs and arms. This is not a hardcore exercise regimen and will work very well if you have and knee, neck, back or muscle issues. This class is 2 pounds if you do Clubfit first or 3 pounds for just ToneFit One of the areas for improvement that you told me about in your feedback was that classes are often cramped. Normally after Christmas we see a huge surge of participants all keen to keep their new years resolutions. Then we get to March!! and we are left with the hardcore and the committed. As a result we have a lot more room in all of our classes at the moment. If space has been an issue in the past and been keeping you away, then please be assured you will have enough space to boogie on down! No bookings are required in any class now. At Heles this week we are running a bring a friend for free week. So if you would like to introduce someone new to class they can either come in free or you will be able to have a half price classes each.
