Hello Great LAWSANITES Please we need your legal wisdom in this hypothetical issue. An employee is working under two employers, and one of the employers is his temporary employer and while the other is his permanent employer, and he was asked to work for his temporary employer by order from his permanent employer and in the cause of working for his temporary employer, he committed a wrong to a third party and the third party decided to take the matter to the court of justice. Who will be held liable of the offense. Please support your answer with any case law or statutory Provision.
