Hello, I am looking for someone to take over my room as a tenant starting 23. January 2014. I currently study at NTUST and I will soon go back to my home university when the term is done. My room is in an apartment that is shared with six other people (one german girl will stay till end of March). There is a cozy living room with a huge flat screen LCD TV, couch, a shared kitchen with an electric stove, fridge, washing machine, microwave, water filter, toaster oven, one full bathrooms (has a separate wet and dry section) and there is a balcony to dry the clothes. The room comes completely furnished with a chair, desk, light, bed and mattress and a closet. There is a window that overlooks the street and there is a lot of natural light during the day. Rent is 13,500 NTD and includes electricity, A/C, water, internet (32Mbps) and cable TV. If you want you can have my pillow, sheet for the bed and blanked included the sheets for them, which I bought at IKEA in September 2014. I also bought a laundry box that is in the room. The flat has an excellent location; it takes me less than ten minutes to walk to NTUST / NTU. The apartment is 2 minutes away located from Gongguan MRT exit 1. There are a lot restaurants downstairs on the street and on the other side of the apartment is a market building where you can buy fruits and meals (local prices, a meal for less than 100 NT$). There are 2 7-11 and 2 family marts just 50 meters away in each direction. There is also a McDonald’s located at Gongguan MRT. This website has pictures of the room as well as the common areas.
