Hello, If you are signed up for our New York City Bus Trip we are happy to have you! The trip will be this upcoming Saturday, December 7! The holiday season is one of the most magical times in the city! Here are a few things to keep in mind for the trip: - Please arrive no later than 5:45 AM to the Somerset Town Hall (140 Wood St.). We will begin sign-ins and load the bus at that time. (If there are any special accommodations you need for anyone in your party please contact the recreation office in advance.) - If you have anyone in your party under the age of 18 please be advised they will need a parent/guardian signature to load the bus. If a parent or guardian will not be in attendance the individual may bring a signed waiver with them to the bus. Please contact the department for more information. - You will receive a gift bag as you load the bus with a city guide and map. - Unfortunately, we will not be able to provide refreshments for the trip; however, we will be stopping at a rest stop halfway through the trip. - We will be leaving New York at 7:00 PM from Bryant Park. Please arrive at least 15 minutes early in order to ensure we have an easy and quick loading process. - As a courtesy to our bus drivers, we will be passing the hat around the bus to collect gratuity at the end of the trip.
