Don’t point the finger at Washington. You know who you are! To do so is to generalize what is happing as it relates the government shut down. It’s a simple concept. And trust me there are multiple factors that contribute to what is happening in Washington. However the epicenter of the shutdown is a game of chicken over one major issue. We can’t spend more money than we take in. The Republicans are saying enough is enough. I am sick of my hard earned income taxed and turned over to have it misappropriated to those who take it and refuse to earn it themselves. We give no incentive for those who take and don’t. The healthcare reform is another entitlement that we cannot simply afford. We all manage our household budget. It’s about time the Government does the same. I’m happy that finally some of Washington is saying no and representing the working class and our future; aka our children.
