The virus has spread through Sierra Leone, Guinea and Liberia and recently reached Nigeria, Africa’s most populous country. While Ebola, which can cause bleeding from the eyes, ears and nose, has killed as many as 90 percent of those infected in the past our government seems to have put on deaf ears and yet it is well articulated in law that where there is conflict between Private and societal interests;societal one supersedes.
