Hello Ohana Warriors, I would like to announce some changes in the gym. As all of you noticed, Al and Vanessa will not be teaching any longer. Their services, knowledge and contributions to Ohana are greatly appreciated and will be remembered as part of our family circle. Coach Mona and Coach Matt will be teaching Muay Thai and jujitsu and will have occasional guest instructors for the members to gain more knowledge and technique. Changes will be made to improve the Ohana Warrior gym. These changes are to benefits all the members, families and future members. I am hoping that all of you will support Coach Mona and Coach Matt as these changes are implemented. I thank you for supporting Ohana Warrior like you own it. Without all of you, Ohana Warrior will not be a home where you can be whoever you want and feel the love of a family. Any questions and suggestions are accepted.
