Hello Pastimers. Let me say, I work very hard for you all, my items are all hand made, each letter is individually added to your piece. A lot of work goes into making you the perfect piece. While I do drop the ball sometimes and am slow to message back, I am only human. Being rude or talking bad about my business is absolutely not tolerated. I would love to meet a business that has never had a rough year or had accidents happen. I work out side of the home from 3am to 10 am and then come home to take care of my two year old. My turnaround is on every invoice and is all over my website. As I have said before, while I appreciate your business, please do not order if you cant wait. I do sometimes promise to get things out next day but things come up especially with a two year old and things ship a day or two late. I know how to run this and run my life so please do not try to give me advice such as to stop taking orders or to just quit my job. I do lots of great things. I am able to do fundraisers, which I may add most people DO NOT DO, just because I can afford to take a loss on the jewelry. I love being able to help out different people going through hard or rough times. Many know I am going through a rough time. I suffer from depression and have major anxiety so I think I do a pretty good job making it to the next day. Please do not be rude to me. I understand you may be frustrated but accidents happen and I am only human. I try my best everyday.
