how does the media call unfortunate incident of Akal Takhat as shameful? The whole biased Indian media busy defaming Sikhs on reporting of clash in two groups inside the Darbar sahib at Amritsar and call it shameful. Why is it a shame to oppose the oppressors and defend one-self? The so-called task force (lumpens) of SGPC stopped Sikh youths entering Sri Akal Takhat. To terrorize them , the Manager of Sachkhand Pratap Singh himself brandished sword without sheath and is seen attacking the youths, making attempt on life of Sikh youths who, as per a statement of Police commissioner did not belong to any political party. When they were not activist of any political party, that means they were part of congregation (sangat), then why were the stopped to enter in supreme seat of faith, at the place of their Guru? Who has the authority to restrict entry of Sikhs in a Gurudwara or Sri Akal Takhat or any other takhat in India. Is it a not violation of rights of freedom which gives freedom to practice religion to citizens of India? The SGPC functions as Masands had the control before 1920, Sikhs started Gurudwara Sudhar lahar, liberated forcefully and then given control of these historical gurudwaras to SGPC formed soon after but now role of SGPC is in question and its labelled as anti-panthik which is proved once again by this unfortunate incident. It may be viewed with the defeat of Arun Jaitley in Amritsar which brought shame to Badals. The recent visit of RSS chief in Punjab, may be a connection to this event. The SGPC management played like a stooge of BJP+RSS+Badal where they filed FIR against Sikh youths or to say the congregation as these youths not found any connectivity with any political party. The one side action also indicates influence of Badals as police registered FIR against Sikh youths only whereas video evidences clearly give evidence of provocation, using sword and attempts on lives of Sikh sangat present there or moving towards Akal takhat. This must be probed. It will be better if SGPC stops any further action and takes back the FIR otherwise it should start packing up in near future because their days of ruling gets over.
