Hello STW, Just the other day I posted about how the cashier at big bazar was reluctant to offer me the one rupee. I was surprised today to find a message in my others folder from someone working with future group. Im sharing the snapshot of the msg for everyone to see. Although I didnt share my response with the future group, but one of their employees has taken note of it and assured me of a positive outcome! It further deepens my faith in the fact that one needs to walk that extra mile in order to bring about the positive change. Either we accept the situation as it is or be the change maker. I prefer to be the latter one. Also, it goes to show how some companies make it big and how some of them remain stagnant for eternity. Cheers to such employees who reach out to the grievances of their customers proactively! Thank you all for your comments/feedback/responses on the earlier post!
