Hello! Things have been going well around here and its been a quiet week. Something were thankful for. Livi perked up last week after getting blood, but honestly she didnt perk up like I was hoping she would. I had to remind myself that she got a lot of chemo over the holidays and it takes a bit to get out of her system. Thankfully she perked up on Saturday morning, just in time for pictures I had scheduled a few weeks back. A local photographer was offering glitter minis and I immediately signed us up. I had told David back before Christmas I wanted to have professional pictures of Livi taken soon, while she still didnt have any hair. I wanted her to have something to see that she was beautiful with or without hair, not just the everyday pictures I snap with my phone. These for sure are being printed and framed. She had a ball playing in the glitter. Little sister wasnt so sure of it though. After two straight weeks of rain, the sun finally started shinning over the weekend. The temperature has been in the mid sixties the past few days and weve been soaking it up since we know its just a tease of Spring. Livis been outside and back to playing in the dirt. Shes for sure feeling back to herself this week and that always makes for a good week. We go back tomorrow for labs and blood counts to see if were ready to start this last round before we go into the maintenance phase of treatment. Little sister has had a runny nose which Im sure is just sinuses or teething, but still praying its nothing Livi or the rest of us can catch. Were ready to get this next round started and over with and obviously, that cant happen if Livis sick. Thank you all for the love and prayers! Hope everyone is having a good week! -Amber
