Hello again, fit friends! Tomorrow morning, I am going to upload the first half of the meal plan (the first five days), which also includes a shopping list! The meal plan is completely optional, and is only intended as a jump start into clean eating. Most people should probably be eating MORE than is portioned on the meal plan, but this is a great way to see immediate results and get good habits in place. =) We will be posting the second half of the meal plan Wednesday night, but before we do that, we will be removing anyone who hasnt participated by 8pm CST, so make sure that you post SOMETHING! There will be more options coming of how you can participate, too! One more way you can earn points/entries is sharing recipes! If you choose to go outside the meal plan or find a recipe to use after that adheres to the must only be made of ingredients that either grew or had a mom, you can get a point for sharing a healthy recipe (max 1 pt per day)! Please comment below with your favorite vegetable to show me youve read this!
