Large living-room Open kitchen ( oven / fridge ) Nice little Bathroom Access to roof top ! BRAND NEW RENOVATIONS Wooden floor Pictures have been taken before we took the lease so it was furnished. The location is very convenient for transportation, about 30 minutes to Washington square Manhattan ( Two blocks from the A Line : Utica ) BUT : To be honest it is cheap because the neighborhood isnt that fancy..... We are looking for open minded people, artistic oriented and easy going. Responsible, respectful and financially secure. Wed like to keep the commun spaces clean, do whatever you like in your rooms apart breaking walls. We are: Friendly, sociable, drama free couple :) - Elliot : Filmaker, sculpter and illustrator - 23, British. elliotstorey - Margaux : Set Design for film and theater Student, sculpter - 24, French We work a lot, listen to music, watch movies all the time, talk about art, party time to time and plenty over things. We also have sometimes visiting friends with a one requirement : no more than 2 weeks. So you need to be ready for that ( means also that you can invite people too).
