Hello all, it’s Paul’s agent Steve again, BREAKING NEWS: The rumours in the media are TRUE, this year The Pauls have returned in force to bring you Band Aid 31, their very own version of the well-known song ‘Do They Know Its Christmas Time?’. (Special thanks to Geldof for organising this). With a little help from you we believe that we can hit Christmas number one this year. We apologise for it being left so late… our marketing team screwed up on the Campaign Plan and typed in the 22nd December when this was actually intended to be launched on the 2nd December… Xmas Typo. Don’t worry, I am looking into this and due action will be taken…I think its ‘gonna be lonely this Christmas’ for our marketing intern Gwen. But for someone else, good news, a new marketing intern position will be opening up in the New Year here at The Pod, so keep your eyes peeled. The Pauls have given up so much for this release: from concerts in Hong Kong, to red carpet launches in Hollywood and album releases in Russia: and all in order to be a part of this momentous occasion, and help in raising awareness for such a great cause: themselves! We ask that you contribute too by donating whatever you can whenever you can, I know it is hard for many at this time of year, with all the present giving etc but any little helps. Next time you see Paul perhaps just hand him a fiver, or a tenner, or buy him a pint, all of these make a difference. I personally wish you a very merry Christmas and an utterly wonderful New Year. Even I will take a couple of hours off on Christmas Day to spend some time with the family, it has certainly been a busy year for us all at The Pod so will be good to kick back and relax for an hour or two. I hope you will also find as much time to chill, and Gwen we sincerely wish you all the best in your search for a new job.
