Hello everyone! My name is Adel, Im 26. My doctor diagnosed me with a skeletal class III malocclusion with facial asymmetry. The surgical treatment (after orthodonty) is : 1. Le Fort I osteotomy (advancement) 2. Sagittal Split Osteotomy (retreat & symmetrisation) 3. Genioplasty (reduction & symmetrisation) I wanted to hear an extra opinion, your preliminary assessments/commentaries/advices would be warmly appreciated (sorry for the pics bad resolution).
