Hello everyone! We still have one room available in our large flat in Vinohrady. The room is available immediately and the price is 6700 per month, including everything (utilities, internet, etc.). We would like to balance the flat so we are preferably looking for a male housemate :) The flat is in a great location right by tram stops Ruska and Krymska, a 4 minute tram ride to Namesti Miru and a 6 minute tram ride to I.P. Pavlova. Were a 10 minute walk to Riogravy Sady, and a 5 minute walk to Halickovy Sady (The wine park!). The flat has a remodeled modern kitchen with dish washer, tons of cabinets, and a large fridge and separate freezer. We have a wood-burning fireplace and a full size upright piano, as well as several guitars which belong to the flat. Two bathrooms with a large stand-up shower as well as an oversize bathtub, and a new washing machine for the clothes.
