Hello everyone and welcome to todays Standard DECK TECH brought to you courtesy of everyones favorite Planeswalker Jace lol. Ive been searching far and wide as always so that I can continue to bring you all some amazingly powerful outside the box decks because Im sure most of you are like me and you hate being like every other sheeple that just sleeves up the exact 75 that won the previous SCG OPEN or some major event such as a Pro Tour. I believe that I have found all of you that one especially powerful deck this week. I sleeved this deck up myself and gave it the usual gauntlet running against all the Sheeple decks currently in Standard and lets just say it was CRAZY BONKERS GOOD. Todays deck recently won an SCG Qualifier in Denton against all the usual suspect decks in the current format. W/R Heroic- 1st Place by Paul Whitbomb 4 Vanguard of Brimaz 4 Favored Hoplite 3 Phalanx Leader 4 Akroan Crusader 4 Raise the Alarm 4 Defiant Strike 3 Gods Willing 1 Ajanis Presence 4 Launch the Fleet 4 Obelisk of Urd 4 Dragon Mantle 2 Mountain 7 Plains 4 Temple of Triumph 4 Battlefield Forge 4 Mana Confluence SIDEBOARD: 2 Dawnbringer Charioteers 2 Brimaz, King of Oreskos 2 Purphoros, God of the Forge 2 Erase 1 Ajanis Presence 2 Devouring Light 3 Suspension Field 1 Banishing Light This deck is not only budget friendly but also amazingly strong and totally worth sleeving up card for card. I know that the creatures seem very weak and like total trash but I assure you all these creatures coupled with these spells are just way too good and even more powerful than they seem.
