Hello everyone, hope you all have had a wonderful summer! We are sad to say that we have decided to put Third Street Film Festival on hold for this year. Founder James Hebert is currently pursuing his educational and career goals and will not be able to host the event this year. Thank you, from the bottom of our hearts, for all of your support and making these past two years a great success. It truly is a testament to the blooming film community and the underground arts scene here in Louisiana. We are honored to have been able to expose some of the talent of our amazing community. Our festival was the first to showcase strictly Louisiana independent films. We wanted to bring to the light the development of our native film community and it’s amazing how great of a response we received. We hope it inspired and continues to inspire people to promote the growth and development of the Louisiana film scene. We look forward to watching the evolution of downtown Baton Rouge and Louisiana as a whole. Again, we can’t thank you enough for all of your support and for sharing your art with this great city. Keep telling your story, Louisiana!
