In your first year, in order to be recognised as a full student of AMBROSR ALLI UNIVERSITY, you must have four (4 files) Yes four... Dont ask why, let me break them down for you... 1st file: to be submitted to the dean of students, containing the following items below. A copy of Sworn oath. A copy of Tuition, acceptance and concession fee receipts Student fee slip. A copy of Student biodata A copy of student information page A copy of waec/neco result A copy of e-admission slip A copy of clearance/eligibility form And a copy of online generated matriculation number. 2nd file: to be submitted to your faculty, All the items listed above, should be inside, plus * all your tellers * copies of all dues paid to faculty * statement of waec/neco results 3rd file: to your department.. All credentials in your first and second file should be in this file.. Plus, * original jamb result and admission letter, * local government of origin * birth certificate or age declaration. * guarantors letter * all dues paid to the department NOTE: on no account should you submit any original document in any file.. All credentials should be photocopied and a clear passport with red background not older that 3 months should be on the file.. With your name, department, faculty, mat number and phone number written on the files.. 4th file: this is your personal file.. All your original credentials should be kept safe in this file..
