Hello fbf, for those who personally have know me for years knows that Ive suffered from severe migraine headaches since I was 9yrs.old. I just want to educate those who may not be familiar with this disability that has no known cure. One minute you are happy, working, playing, dancing, etc.and the next thing panic sets in because its a rat race for you to quickly get your medication into your body at the onset of this monster, which might I ad does mean it will help at all. For me, when I know that Im getting one these are my issues: vision (looking at a 100 watt bulb for 5 min.then try to focus on anything or anyone), spots,blurred vision, ziggy lines, slurred speech, sensitivity to light, voices, etc. Nausea, numb body parts, mostly my arm, tongue, gums. And then the PAINFUL HEADACHE. Wherever I am at this time, Im stuck there unless someone can drive me home, needless to say I am forced to go to my car ( hot or cold weather) and stay until I can drive myself home. I feel so sorry for my son because he suffered from this disability the same way as I do. People on the outside looking in just dont know the pain I suffer and theres no way I can fake this illness.
