Hello folks, I hope you are all enjoying this beautiful fall weather and the splendid array of colors that are out there right now! It’s a treat every time I drive out on route 49 to our center in Constantia! Last week at the center we had volunteer, Anne Pierce, present a very enjoyable “Homemade Apple Sauce using a food mill” presentation. We all learned something new and the apple sauce was delicious. There was no sugar added and everyone had a turn to turn the food mill. Thanks Anne…It was SO GOOD! We had so many new guests come to lunch this past Thursday it was wonderful. We hope they all come again! On Oct 9th Constantia Historian, Peg Peck, will be coming to visit and she hopes some of you will bring in your old photos to share. She will be back again on Oct. 14th conducting a Genealogy/Historic Newspaper News from 11 to 1. We will be celebrating Halloween on the 30th so I hope you can come and dress up and celebrate this fun holiday with us. We will be also celebrating October birthdays that day too.
