Hello, friends! Many of you know that I am currently a Volunteer for Life; that is, I am giving a year in service to the pro-life movement. As a Volunteer for Life, I have worked at International Life Services (an organization that trains leaders for the pro-life movement), Guadalupe Medical Center (the pro-life OB/GYN clinic that Eduardo Verastegui founded), East LA Pregnancy Center (a pro-life crisis pregnancy counseling and resource center), House of Ruth (a shelter for homeless women with children), and Camp Mariastella (a girls summer camp in the San Gabriel mountains). I highly recommend the Volunteers for Life program. It is open to single Catholic women and is located in Los Angeles, California. If youre a single Catholic woman, I encourage you to ask God if He wants you to give a year of your life as a Volunteer for Life. If youre a man, I encourage you to spread the word about the Volunteers for Life program to your female friends; you may know a woman who might be interested in being a Volunteer for Life.
