Hello my Theatre Community! You know that as actors and performers, we are called to be in tune, in touch and aware of our bodies, our intentions and what motivates us as human beings. We also know that, as actors, we often do not give ourselves the time to truly connect with ourselves. We are busy with auditions, preparing for performance.... sleeping;) But, what if, you committed to coming to yoga once a week; gave yourself one day in which you could connect, rejuvenate and restore yourself. Im sure your productivity would in improve, youd gain clarity, obstacles would move away from your path with ease and perhaps youd see your path with new insight. I encourage you to come out to Yoga for Everyone Sundays at 11am. Yoga is a wonderful way to connect with ourselves and offers us tools that help with the challenges that life in the theatre throws at us.
