Hello my dear friends! The body is a good indicator if there is a thought pattern that is affecting health. It is good to take notice several times a day as to what the body is feeling. If hands are clenched or shoulders are up and tight, then see if there is a thought attached to this feeling in the body. Try to think of a thought pattern that would help balance the one that is affecting the body. For example, we can change “I am very frustrated with this person” to “I forgive this person in their actions for they are doing the best they can at the present time.... I am at peace with my own emotions at the moment.” Forgiveness is a very freeing action that we can do to open our hearts and balance our whole body.
