Hello people... Keep an eye on FB and the website today because of the weather. It sounds like itll be crappy so night classes will probably be canceled. Also keep an eye on them for info about Weds morning too. Sooooo ITS OFFICIAL! We have a new space! Its almost good to go. We are hoping to be in there, ready to rock, this coming Thursday. Heres all the info relating to it... 1) Depending on the weather we will be moving Wednesday afternoon/night (tomorrow) So ALL NIGHT CLASSES WEDS ARE CANCELED. 2) Keep signing up for classes, but once we move there will be no more class sign ups. 3) There will be a new schedule starting on Monday 1/27 (if were in the new space) 4) The address to the new space is 921 Route 52 Kent (Carmel for some GPSs), NY 10512... Look for the milk bottle! The new schedule will be posted tonight or the next. If there are any questions about it or anything else ask a coach! There are a bunch of things going on in the upcoming weekends so we will have some cancellations. - This coming Saturday 1/25 classes are canceled. Coaches Ant & Neil will be competing with A-Rae & MichRy in a strength competition at CrossFit Harrison. Everyone should go cheer them on!
