Hello project planning and scheduling specialists. Im adding in some custom fields to my project plan. Im also adding some conditional formatting based on the outcome of a calculation. it looks like this at the moment [Total Slack]/480 (easy enough) The Graphical indicator looks at the outcome of that calculation is less than or equal to 0.00 then RED is less than or equal to 10.00 then AMBER is greater than 10.00 then GREEN In the formula part, i need to be able to tell it to look at the % complete column. The % Complete is manually entered if the task is completed early. So If [% Complete] = 100, 1000, else [Total Slack]/480 The 1000 is a figure that will never be in the plan under slack. so reasonable to use as an outcome. This will allow me to add another Graphical indicator is equal to 1000.00 then BLUE Amanda Bhalla excel guru any good with project? Graham Parkin Planing and scheduling was your thing, am i correct? Using MS project 2013..
