Help Desk Technical Customer Support WORDBEE currently has an opening in Luxembourg for a Help Desk position. You provide support with respect to functional and technical user questions about our cloud-based Translation Environment Tool, responding in person, by phone, screen share and email. You will further help optimize operations by creating knowledge databases and writing user documentation. - Required Excellent spoken and written English is a must. Your English needs to be truly fluent. Additional languages are mostly welcome. You are a strong team player, a communicative person and someone who likes IT and technical challenges. You will have to cope with complex enquiries (for which you will be trained over time). Past experience in software support, software development or related jobs is a major plus.
