Help please!!!! ...a 3rd party company made authorized withdrawals from my account but never paid lender-- & 3rd party filed for bankruptcy. Filed forms thru them and they fwd me to my bank for incomplete transaction.( but isnt incomplete since it was made to proper company). After all the forms and waiting for replies.. 60 days have lapsed which is allowed time frame.. Filed w BBB- 3rd party website down and no contact info.. Anyone have any suggestions????
