Helping my daughter do her homework and Im finding out that she is just like her dad... As a child whenever my dad Eric McBride would help me with my homework I would be terrified to give him the wrong answer so instead of giving an answer ide just simply sit in silence without giving any response at all lol. My lil empress does the exact same thing and I know that it comes from the same place, see not only is she thinking about what my response will be if she is wrong but she rather not give an answer at all if she is unsure if its right or not lol. As a child just like Mya, ide rather not give an answer just so it wouldnt seem like I didnt know but at the end of the day it all boiled down to me being afraid of being wrong. Moral of the story is, you cant be afraid of being wrong or right... You just have to be willing to learn, the moment that you decide to be unwilling to learn is the moment that you decide to be unwilling to grow.. Dont allow for your own fears to stunt your growth. 💯
