Here I am doing a C sit with a leg lift and cross over tap. With one leg extended 6 inches off the ground, bend the other leg at about 45 degrees. Tap your foot over your raised leg and back for thirty seconds then repeat on the other leg. To modify keep you straight leg on the ground. Remember if you need to rest your hands on the ground keep them in front of your hips, not behind. Its harder than it looks ! Try it and comment below.
