Here are 4 HIIT moves to work off that post holiday weekend bloat: 1⃣ Alternating Side Lunges - Lunge to the right and touch the ground while holding your hand on your left knee for support. Switch sides and repeat for 20. 2⃣ Alternating jump lunges - lunge back with your left leg and jump up and switch legs. Make sure not to let your knee go over your toes. Repeat for 20. 3⃣ Jump Rope - 30-60 secs 4⃣ Skaters - hop over to the right and lunge diagonally back with your left and switch sides. Support your knee with your hand. Repeat for 20.
