Here are a couple more pics from that restaurant Trailer Park on 23rd just off 8th. An ex took me here once. We had an ongoing difference of opinion on what makes a fun night out. She loved those relatively quiet places where every drink costs at least $20 (and this was a few years ago.) I like the Irish pub near her place in Hells Kitchen where $20 got us two drinks (in plastic cups) and enough change to leave a hefty tip and STILL have $5 left over, while also having a great talk with the bartender, who had come over from Ireland not long before. So she took me to Trailer Park as a treat, kind of a tongue-in-cheek gesture, but one she knew Id like. She was right. I liked it. And anyone who has a problem with that can kiss my frigid woo-woo. (Thats a reference from one of the photos.) Last night, Judie Eisenberg and I killed a half hour there waiting for Karen Ross to see the new flick about Stephen Hawking. I got the big hot dog (called a fat dog for $11.) Came with a bunch of tater tots that were great. Not greasy at all. (Right, Judie?)
