Here are some photos from an exciting class visit with pieces from our collection to Professor Zeuschners History of Western Art class designed by Elizabeth Hoy, the Collection Manager at the Godwin-Ternbach Museum, Queens College Students were able to look closely at (and even handle!) objects from our collection that connected with what they were learning in class. It was an amazing opportunity for the students to be able to experience the artwork they are learning about instead of merely seeing photos on a screen or in a textbook. Thank to Professor Margaret Zeuschner for inviting us, and the collection, to your classroom. We hope to make this a regular activity with all classes at Queens College.
